Breath Session
The Breath of Life breath session is a workshop that is experiential rather than informational.
A breath session will help you move through patterns that linger in the subconscious realm where mental and emotional traumas are stored.
Once we deal with these inner issues, we are able to live with greater fulfillment and satisfaction. Breath work stimulates the natural healing powers of the mind/ body system.
By focused attention on breath we experience an abundance of joy, peace, harmony and balance.
Because it is a spiritual healing process, it transcends the mental, emotional and physical realms.
The goal is to move through emotional blocks to achieve one’s spiritual potential.
We can consciously change our chemistry, outlook and attitude by changing the depth, rhythm and rate of our breathing.
Anyone can benefit from learning how to use their breath to improve their health, emotional state and mental clarity.
Breath is our connection to life. Bringing consciousness to our breathing is the most effective tool we have to anchor our attention in the present moment. When we restrict or inhibit our breathing we create disease and disharmony within our being. How we breathe affects how we think and what we feel.
Learn how to utilize the breath to achieve peace and harmony in your life. We have become a nation of shallow breathers. As we become more aware of our breathing patterns and learn how to breath more easily, we free ourselves of old thought processes and behavior. During this process we let go of fear, anxiety, stress and become more joyful and healthy, which is our natural state.
During a breath session, through conscious connected breathing, one may release layers of emotion from past experiences. The goal is to keep breathing through one’s mental and emotional blocks. Once those unexpressed emotions are released a person may feel lighter with a renewed sense of peace and harmony.
Anyone can benefit from learning how to use their breath to improve their health, emotional state and mental clarity.
A person can unconsciously make a decision from a wounded repressed experience without his or her conscious awareness.
As one enters into an altered state of consciousness, the end result is an experience of personal and spiritual growth. As we grow personally and spiritually we no longer respond or react from our old wounded behavior patterns or issues. As we change and grow we become free from our past experiences. Once we deal with these issues, and release the trauma we are able move beyond our previous limitations and live a more fulfilling life.
